Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 09/07/2026

Company: Peptiology L.L.C-FZ

Website: peptiology.com

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how you may use our website and purchase products from Peptiology L.L.C-FZ (“Peptiology”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use our website or purchase any products from us.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, businesses, laboratories, research institutions and anyone else who accesses or uses our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, legal requirements or the services we provide. The latest version will always be published on our website and will take effect from the date shown at the top of this document. By continuing to use our website after any changes are published, you agree to the updated Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full.

Research Use Only

Every product supplied by Peptiology is sold strictly for lawful laboratory research purposes only.

Our products are not medicines and are not intended for:

  • human consumption;

  • veterinary use;

  • medical treatment;

  • therapeutic use;

  • clinical use;

  • diagnostic use;

  • cosmetic use;

  • food or nutritional use; or

  • any other application outside legitimate laboratory research.

By placing an order, you confirm that you understand the nature of the products being purchased and that they will only be used for lawful research purposes.

You also agree that you will not:

  • administer any product to a human or animal;

  • advertise or market our products for human or veterinary use;

  • repackage or relabel products in a way that suggests prohibited use;

  • make medical or therapeutic claims about our products; or

  • knowingly supply our products to anyone intending to use them outside legitimate laboratory research.

Nothing published on our website, product pages, certificates, emails or other communications should ever be interpreted as encouraging or approving any use outside laboratory research.

If we reasonably believe an order is intended for any prohibited purpose, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel that order without notice.

Customer Eligibility

By placing an order with Peptiology you confirm that:

  • you are legally able to enter into a binding contract;

  • you are purchasing for lawful research purposes;

  • all information you provide is accurate and up to date;

  • you are complying with the laws of your own country or jurisdiction; and

  • you accept full responsibility for ensuring the products you purchase may legally be imported, possessed and used where you are located.

We may occasionally request additional information before processing an order. This helps us meet our legal and compliance obligations and maintain the integrity of our research-only supply model.

If we believe information provided is inaccurate, misleading or incomplete, or an order presents a fraud, compliance or regulatory concern, we may delay, refuse or cancel the order. Where appropriate, we may also suspend or permanently close a customer account.

Accounts

If you create an account with Peptiology, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity carried out using your account.

Please ensure your account information remains accurate and up to date. If your contact details, delivery address or billing information changes, it is your responsibility to update them.

We may suspend or close accounts where we reasonably believe they have been used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms or in a way that could expose Peptiology, our payment providers or our shipping partners to legal, financial or reputational risk.

For security reasons, we are not always able to disclose the specific reasons behind account restrictions or suspensions.

Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order with Peptiology, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms.

Placing an order does not automatically mean it has been accepted. Every order is reviewed before it is processed, and we reserve the right to refuse, delay or cancel any order where we reasonably believe it cannot or should not be fulfilled.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • stock shortages;

  • pricing or website errors;

  • payment verification issues;

  • suspected fraud or chargeback risk;

  • compliance or regulatory concerns;

  • shipping restrictions;

  • import restrictions within the destination country; or

  • any other circumstance where fulfilling the order could expose Peptiology or our service providers to legal, financial or operational risk.

If we are unable to fulfil your order after payment has been received, any refund due will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Order confirmation emails simply confirm that your order has been received. They do not constitute acceptance of your order.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to amend prices, product information or promotional offers at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment must be made in full before an order can be processed or dispatched.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method and that all billing information provided is accurate.

Where a payment is declined, reversed, flagged for fraud, or requires further verification, your order may be delayed, placed on hold or cancelled.

Peptiology is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banks, card issuers, open banking providers or fraud prevention systems.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to a wide range of countries; however, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products they order may legally be imported into their destination country.

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and should not be treated as guaranteed delivery dates.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is carried out by an independent shipping provider. While we will always do our best to assist if any issues arise during transit, delivery times and carrier operations remain outside our direct control. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, adverse weather, industrial action or any other event beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels delayed, returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information supplied during checkout.

Where a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel or failure to complete customs clearance, any refund or reshipment will be entirely at our discretion and may be reduced to cover shipping costs, return charges and any reasonable administrative expenses incurred.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, GST, brokerage charges, handling fees or other taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not collected by Peptiology.

We do not receive any part of these fees, we do not determine how much is charged, and we have no control over how customs authorities calculate them. Any duties, taxes or import charges are set entirely by the relevant customs authority or government agency within the destination country.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that you are solely responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, import charges or associated fees that become payable.

If customs charges are not paid, your parcel may be delayed, returned, abandoned or destroyed by the carrier or customs authority. Peptiology accepts no responsibility for any losses, delays or additional costs arising from unpaid customs charges or failure to comply with local import requirements.

Where a parcel is returned to us because customs charges have not been paid, any refund or reshipment will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any refund offered may be reduced to reflect shipping costs, return fees, customs charges, payment processing costs and any other expenses incurred by Peptiology.

Customers remain solely responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with all applicable laws, regulations and import requirements within their own country before placing an order.

Customer Responsibility After Delivery

Once an order has been successfully delivered to the customer, or to a person nominated by the customer to accept delivery on their behalf, the customer assumes full responsibility for the possession, storage, handling, transportation, export, import, resale, redistribution and use of the products.

Peptiology accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, delay, seizure, customs action, regulatory issue, legal consequence or other claim arising from any onward shipment, resale, transfer or redistribution of products by the customer or any third party.

If a customer chooses to resell, redistribute, export or ship products to another individual, business or country, they do so entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, customs procedures and import or export restrictions.

Peptiology is not responsible for any products once they have been delivered to the customer and will not accept liability for any issues arising from the customer’s handling, storage, transportation, resale, redistribution or onward supply of those products.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes any rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Lost Parcels, Delivery Issues & Missing Deliveries

We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure orders are delivered safely and on time. However, once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider and is subject to their processes and timeframes.

If you believe your parcel has been lost, significantly delayed or has not been delivered, you must contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.

Any claim relating to a lost or undelivered parcel must be reported within three (3) months of the original order date.

Claims submitted within this period will be investigated and, where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, refund or another suitable resolution at our discretion.

Unfortunately, shipping carriers only retain tracking information for a limited period. Once three (3) months have passed from the order date, we are no longer able to investigate the shipment with the carrier or verify the status of the delivery.

For this reason, claims made more than three (3) months after the original order date will not be accepted, unless the issue had already been reported to us within that three-month period.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review the status of their order after dispatch and notify us of any delivery issues within the above timeframe.

Damaged Parcels & Missing Items

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or any purchased item is missing, you must notify us promptly and provide clear photographic evidence of the parcel, the packaging and the contents received.

Photographs help us investigate the issue with our packing team and shipping partners and allow us to resolve claims as quickly as possible.

Where a claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement of the damaged or missing product as soon as reasonably possible.

Damaged or missing products are eligible for replacement only. Refunds, partial refunds or store credit will not be offered where a suitable replacement can reasonably be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse any claim where sufficient evidence is not provided or where the information supplied is inconsistent with our dispatch records or the circumstances of the delivery.

Evidence Required for Delivery Claims

To help us investigate delivery issues fairly and efficiently, we may ask customers to provide evidence to support a claim.

This may include photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, internal packaging, products received or any other information reasonably required to investigate the issue with our packing team or shipping partners.

Where requested, this information should be provided within a reasonable timeframe. If sufficient evidence is not provided, we may be unable to verify the claim and reserve the right to refuse a replacement, refund or any other form of compensation.

Providing false, misleading or altered information in support of a claim may result in the claim being rejected, the closure of your customer account and the refusal of future orders.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided when placing an order is complete and accurate, including their name, delivery address, email address and contact details.

Peptiology cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed deliveries, returned parcels or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Customers are also responsible for monitoring the progress of their shipment using the tracking information provided and for responding promptly to any requests from the shipping carrier or customs authority.

If a delivery address needs to be changed after an order has been placed, we will do our best to help. However, once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to amend the delivery details.

Customers should ensure that they regularly check their email, including junk or spam folders, as important updates regarding orders, shipping or customer enquiries may be sent electronically.

Cancellations

We understand that plans can change and will always try to help where possible.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been placed, work begins almost immediately. This includes payment verification, compliance checks, stock allocation, picking, packing and preparing the shipment for dispatch.

For this reason, approved cancellations are subject to a £10 administration fee, which helps cover the costs already incurred in processing the order.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be stopped before dispatch.

Refunds & Replacements

Due to the nature of the products we supply, refunds are only offered where required by law or where Peptiology agrees that a refund is the most appropriate resolution.

Where a replacement can reasonably be provided, we reserve the right to replace the affected product instead of issuing a refund.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • products damaged during transit where a replacement has been offered;

  • parcels delayed by customs or shipping carriers;

  • customs duties, taxes or import charges payable within the destination country;

  • orders returned due to unpaid customs charges;

  • orders returned because an incorrect delivery address was provided;

  • parcels refused by the customer;

  • products that have been used, opened or otherwise altered after delivery, unless required by applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

Where a refund has been approved, it will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

Refunds for orders paid by debit card, credit card or Apple Pay will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Once processed by Peptiology, refunds typically appear within 2–3 business days, although this may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Orders originally paid by bank transfer will be refunded by bank transfer. Customers are responsible for providing accurate bank account details before a refund can be processed. Peptiology cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete banking information supplied by the customer.

Where an order paid by bank transfer is cancelled at the customer’s request before dispatch, the standard £10 administration fee will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded once the required bank details have been received.

Once a refund has been processed by Peptiology, we have no control over the time taken by banks or payment providers to credit the funds back to the customer.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us before raising a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly by our customer support team.

Where a chargeback is raised, Peptiology reserves the right to provide payment providers with relevant evidence, including order records, dispatch records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer correspondence and any other information reasonably required to dispute the claim.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in the closure of customer accounts and refusal of future orders.

Complimentary Products & Promotional Items

From time to time, Peptiology may include complimentary products, promotional merchandise or free gifts with an order.

These items are supplied entirely at our discretion, carry no monetary value unless expressly stated, and are accepted by the customer entirely at their own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptiology accepts no responsibility for any injury, damage, loss or claim arising from the possession, handling, storage, use, misuse or disposal of any complimentary product or promotional item.

The inclusion of a complimentary item does not create any warranty or guarantee and does not alter the terms that apply to products purchased from Peptiology.

Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, Peptiology may offer promotional discounts, voucher codes or special offers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined with any other offer and must be applied during checkout. Discounts cannot be added retrospectively once an order has been placed.

Promotional offers have no cash value, are non-transferable and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.

Where we reasonably believe a promotional offer has been misused or obtained fraudulently, we reserve the right to cancel the order or remove the discount.

Product Information, Testing & Certificates of Analysis

At Peptiology, we are committed to supplying high-quality research materials and maintaining appropriate standards of quality control and batch traceability.

Where applicable, products may undergo internal quality assessment, analytical testing or batch verification before being released for sale. Testing may be carried out by Peptiology, trusted third-party laboratories or our approved manufacturing partners, depending on the product and batch.

Any Certificate of Analysis (“COA”), analytical report or other documentation supplied with a product is provided for research and quality assurance purposes only. These documents relate only to the specific batch or material referenced and should not be interpreted as evidence that a product is approved for medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary or human use.

Certificates and analytical reports do not alter the research-use-only status of our products and must not be used to support or promote any prohibited application.

Where products are filled, packaged or presented in different vial sizes or concentrations from the same source batch, the accompanying Certificate of Analysis may relate to the original bulk batch rather than the individual finished vial supplied. As a result, certificate dates, batch references or testing dates may differ from the packaging or sale date of your order.

This is a normal part of the manufacturing and quality assurance process and does not indicate that a product is defective or has been incorrectly supplied.

Customers should also be aware that research materials can naturally vary between batches. Differences in appearance, colour, texture, lyophilised cake structure, particle size, solubility or reconstitution do not necessarily indicate a quality issue. These characteristics may vary depending on the compound, manufacturing process, storage conditions and other technical factors.

Where new analytical information becomes available, or where clerical errors are identified, we may update or replace Certificates of Analysis or supporting documentation without prior notice.

If a customer chooses to arrange independent laboratory testing, this must be carried out by a suitably qualified laboratory using appropriate analytical methods and recognised chain-of-custody procedures.

Should an independent test produce results that differ from our own records, we may request copies of the laboratory report, analytical methodology, chromatograms, raw data and any other supporting documentation before reviewing the findings.

Nothing contained within any Certificate of Analysis, product documentation, laboratory report or communication issued by Peptiology should be interpreted as a representation that any product is intended or suitable for human consumption, veterinary use, medical treatment or any purpose other than lawful laboratory research.

Product Descriptions & Website Information

We work hard to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images, prices and other information published on our website are accurate and up to date.

However, from time to time, genuine errors may occur. We therefore reserve the right to correct mistakes, amend product descriptions, update specifications, revise pricing, replace product images or withdraw products from sale without prior notice.

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only. Packaging, labels, vial appearance and presentation may vary from the images displayed on our website without affecting the quality or identity of the product supplied.

Educational, scientific or technical information published by Peptiology is provided for general research information only. It should never be interpreted as medical advice, dosage guidance, treatment recommendations or encouragement to use any product outside lawful laboratory research.

Although we make every reasonable effort to keep our website available at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues or events beyond our control may occasionally result in temporary interruptions to our website or online services.

Compliance & Customer Verification

As a supplier of laboratory research materials, Peptiology takes compliance seriously.

To help prevent fraud, misuse and unlawful activity, we may carry out identity checks, order reviews or request additional information before accepting or dispatching an order.

Depending on the circumstances, we may ask customers to provide documentation confirming their identity, billing details, intended research use or any other information reasonably required to complete our compliance checks.

Failure to provide requested information may result in an order being delayed, cancelled or refunded.

We may also decline future orders or suspend customer accounts where we reasonably believe that:

  • products may be used for a prohibited purpose;

  • false or misleading information has been provided;

  • payment fraud is suspected;

  • the order presents an unacceptable compliance or regulatory risk; or

  • fulfilling the order may expose Peptiology or its service providers to legal, financial or reputational risk.

For security and fraud prevention reasons, we are not always able to disclose the specific criteria used when carrying out these checks.

Prohibited Uses

All products supplied by Peptiology are intended strictly for lawful laboratory research purposes.

By purchasing from us, you agree that our products will not be:

  • used for human or animal consumption;

  • used for medical, therapeutic, diagnostic or veterinary purposes;

  • used in cosmetic, food or recreational applications;

  • supplied, marketed or advertised for any prohibited purpose;

  • repackaged or relabelled in a way that misrepresents their intended use;

  • used in breach of any applicable law or regulation.

You also agree not to misuse our website or services by submitting false information, attempting fraudulent transactions, interfering with the operation of our website or engaging in any activity that could harm Peptiology, our customers or our service providers.

Where we reasonably believe our products or services are being used in breach of these Terms, we may refuse future orders, suspend customer accounts or take any other action reasonably necessary to protect our business and comply with applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content published on the Peptiology website is the property of Peptiology or its licensors.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • our branding;

  • logos;

  • website content;

  • product descriptions;

  • images;

  • certificates;

  • graphics;

  • documents;

  • designs; and

  • other intellectual property displayed through our website or services.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

Nothing contained within these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All products supplied by Peptiology are provided on an “as supplied” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

While we take great care to ensure the quality and accuracy of our products and services, we do not guarantee that our website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from technical errors.

Except where required by law, we make no express or implied warranty regarding the suitability of any product for any purpose other than lawful laboratory research.

Customers are solely responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended lawful research application.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptiology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from the use of our website, products or services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • shipping delays;

  • customs action;

  • carrier delays;

  • import restrictions;

  • misuse of products;

  • incorrect use or storage of products;

  • business interruption;

  • loss of profits;

  • loss of revenue;

  • loss of opportunity;

  • loss of data; or

  • any event outside our reasonable control.

Our total liability in relation to any claim shall never exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to that claim.

Nothing contained within these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peptiology, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers against any claim, liability, loss, damage, expense or legal cost arising from:

  • your breach of these Terms;

  • your misuse of any product supplied by Peptiology;

  • your breach of any applicable law or regulation;

  • your unlawful resale or distribution of our products;

  • your negligent handling, storage, transportation or disposal of our products; or

  • any claim arising from your actions after delivery has taken place.

This obligation continues even after your order has been completed or your account has been closed.

Account Suspension & Termination

We hope never to refuse a customer, but there are occasions where it becomes necessary to protect our business, our staff and our service providers.

We may suspend, restrict or permanently close an account, refuse future orders or cancel outstanding orders where we reasonably believe that:

  • these Terms have been breached;

  • false or misleading information has been provided;

  • fraudulent activity or payment abuse has occurred;

  • products may be used for a prohibited purpose;

  • abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour has been directed towards our staff;

  • repeated unreasonable claims or chargebacks have been made; or

  • continuing to supply the customer may expose Peptiology to legal, financial, regulatory or reputational risk.

Where appropriate, we may take these actions without prior notice.

The closure of an account does not remove any obligations or liabilities that arose before the account was suspended or terminated.

We are committed to providing helpful and professional customer support and ask that the same courtesy is shown to our team.

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated and may result in orders being cancelled, accounts being closed and future orders being refused.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, legal requirements, industry standards or the services we provide.

The latest version will always be published on our website and will replace any previous version from the date shown at the top of this document.

By continuing to use our website or place orders after updated Terms have been published, you agree to be bound by the revised version.

Force Majeure

Peptiology will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

This includes, but is not limited to, severe weather, natural disasters, fire, flood, industrial action, war, terrorism, civil unrest, cyber-attacks, interruptions to utilities or communications, pandemics, government action, customs delays, transport disruption or failures affecting our suppliers, payment providers or shipping partners.

Where such circumstances arise, we will make every reasonable effort to minimise disruption and resume normal operations as soon as practicable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly referred to on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Peptiology in relation to your use of our website and the purchase of our products.

Any previous discussions, correspondence, marketing materials or representations that are not expressly included within these Terms are provided for general information only and do not form part of any contract between you and Peptiology.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
