Research Description

Bpc 157 5mg & TB500 5mg – Repair & Regeneration Bundle

BPC-157 & TB-500 Research Bundle

Two Synthetic Peptide Reference Materials • Laboratory Research Use Only

Overview

The Peptiology BPC-157 and TB-500 Research Bundle combines two synthetic peptide reference materials in one convenient package for controlled laboratory, analytical and biochemical research.

The bundle is suitable for research workflows involving peptide identification, molecular analysis, assay development, comparative testing and peptide-mediated cellular signalling studies.

Bundle Contents

BPC-157 5mg

A synthetic peptide reference material with a defined amino-acid sequence. Supplied in lyophilised form for controlled laboratory and analytical research.

TB-500 5mg

A synthetic peptide reference material derived from a defined region associated with Thymosin Beta-4. Supplied in lyophilised form for controlled laboratory and analytical research.

Advantages of the Bundle

* Convenient combined purchasing

* Suitable for comparative laboratory workflows

* Supports assay development and molecular analysis

* Batch-specific analytical documentation available

* More cost-effective than purchasing both materials separately

Quality and Documentation

Both peptide materials are manufactured under controlled synthesis and quality-assurance procedures designed to provide consistent molecular identity, reliable batch specifications and traceable analytical documentation.

Certificates of Analysis are available where applicable.

Important Notice

For laboratory research and in vitro use only.

These materials are not intended for human or animal use, household use, food use or any form of personal application. They are supplied solely as laboratory reference materials for appropriately controlled research environments.

Reconstitution & Handling

  • Recommended solvent Refer to COA / product notes
  • Storage Store as directed in documentation
Important reconstitution notice: Unless the product page, COA, or batch-specific documentation states otherwise, Peptiology peptide products should only be reconstituted using bacteriostatic water supplied by Peptiology.

Peptides are chemically sensitive materials, and reconstitution behaviour can be influenced by the exact diluent used. Different diluents may vary in pH, ionic strength, preservative content, buffering capacity, osmolarity, dissolved gases, and trace impurities. Even small differences in these factors can affect how a peptide dissolves and behaves in solution.

From a chemistry perspective, pH is especially important because it can alter the ionisation state of acidic and basic amino acid side chains. This can change the peptide’s net charge, hydrogen bonding, electrostatic interactions, and hydrophobic association. If the local pH environment is unsuitable, the peptide may show cloudiness, floating particles, clumping, gel-like behaviour, aggregation, or precipitation.

Bacteriostatic water, sterile water, saline, acetic acid water, and buffered solvent systems are not chemically identical. Substituting one for another may change the peptide’s solubility profile, particularly for longer sequences, hydrophobic peptides, modified peptides, or peptides with specific salt forms.

For consistency, reproducibility, and batch comparability, only the recommended diluent system should be used unless an alternative solvent is specifically stated in the product documentation.
  • Do not substitute diluents unless specifically instructed.
  • Only use Peptiology-supplied bacteriostatic water unless stated otherwise.
  • Do not assume all peptides behave the same after reconstitution.
  • Visible changes may be caused by diluent incompatibility, pH shift, ionic effects, concentration effects, or peptide-specific solubility behaviour.
  • Peptiology cannot verify reconstitution compatibility where non-Peptiology diluents have been used.
For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.
