1. Logging In

1. Visit the Affiliate Login Page.
2. Enter your registered email or username and password.
3. Click Login to access your dashboard.
4. Forgot your password? Click “Lost your password?” to reset it.

After logging in, you’ll land on the Affiliate Dashboard — your central place for everything related to commissions, links, and payouts.

2. Dashboard Overview

The Overview tab gives a snapshot of your performance:

• Total Earnings – Lifetime commission total.
• Unpaid Referrals – Commissions awaiting payout.
• Paid Referrals – Total amount already sent.
• Visits – Number of unique visitors via your links.
• Conversion Rate – Percentage of visits that converted into sales.

3. Referrals Tab

Shows every sale or signup tracked through your affiliate links, including:

• Order date and total
• Your commission amount
• Status: Pending, Unpaid, or Paid

Each referral becomes eligible for payout 14 days after the associated order is marked Completed.

4. Payouts Tab

Displays when and how you’ll be paid:

• Payout Frequency: Monthly (on or around the 15th).
• Minimum Payout: £50 balance required.
• Payment Methods: Stripe or AffiliateWP Payouts Service (PayPal coming soon).

Payments are automatic once you reach the threshold. Make sure your payout details are entered under Settings → Payment Details.

5. Visits Tab

Monitors every click to your links — including the referring website and conversion data. Use this to understand which platforms generate the most engagement.

6. Creatives Tab

Contains Peptiology-branded banners, graphics, and promotional content you can use to advertise our research-grade peptide range.

7. Reports Tab

Shows visual analytics for clicks, referrals, and revenue. You can filter data by time range to assess performance and growth.

8. Settings Tab

Manage your account and payout preferences:

• Update your display name and contact email.
• Add your Stripe or Payout Service details for payments.
• Change your password or notification preferences.

9. Referral URL Generator

The Referral URL Generator (at the bottom of your dashboard) lets you create unique tracking links for any page on the Peptiology website:

1. Enter any peptiology.co.uk page URL (e.g. a product page or peptide bundle).
2. Click Generate URL.
3. Your affiliate ID will automatically append to the link.
4. Share your link anywhere — social media, email, YouTube descriptions, etc.

All clicks and sales made through this URL will be tracked to your affiliate account for 30 days.
